10b. Unified work queue#

The Review tab opens with a unified work queue that summarizes backed maintenance signals: draft concepts, standing-agent drafts, concepts due for re-verification, pending skills, duplicate pairs, weak/no-answer events, rated-down answers, source-quality findings, and enabled connector modules that still need Workspace sources. Counts follow the same visibility and admin gates as the underlying sections: answer-quality and source-quality counts are admin-only, while connector setup gaps are driven by the workspace connector configuration. Connector setup-gap cards link directly to the relevant Connectors setup card when the missing module is known.
