1. Getting started#
- Sign up / log in at
knowledge.servicev8.com(email + password, with email verification), or through your organization's SSO if provisioned. - Your workspace is the unit of everything: knowledge, members, groups, settings, and billing limits all live per workspace.
- Set up your model access (Settings → LLM access): Managed (platform credits, zero setup) or BYOM — bring your own key (see §8).
Dashboard map: Overview, AgenticOS Chat, Workspace, Connectors, Workforce, Graph, Skills, Review, Insights, Members, Settings. The AgenticOS Chat tab (canonical URL: /dashboard/{slug}/ask) is where you converse with your workforce and ask grounded questions. The former Knowledge tab is now Workspace; the canonical URL is /dashboard/{slug}/workspace, and /dashboard/{slug}/knowledge remains as a compatibility alias for existing links.
