10a. Workforce AI employee samples#
Workforce also includes a sample catalog of AI employee patterns for a RAG-driven OKF company brain. They are templates for useful standing-agent work and activation flows in the active sprint.
| AI employee | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Document Lifecycle Manager | Watches selected Workspace sources for changed documents, stale concepts, and re-verification due dates so governed knowledge keeps moving through its lifecycle. |
| Knowledge Curator | Finds source documents that should become OKF concepts, drafts curation candidates, and routes them to Review. |
| Trust & Freshness Auditor | Looks for missing verification, stale knowledge, contradictions, and trust gaps across curated concepts. |
| Answer Quality Analyst | Reviews weak answers, no-answer events, rated-down answers, and knowledge gaps so the team knows what sources or concepts to improve next. |
Each employee card has a Configure agent action. It loads a prefilled standing-agent focus, cadence, and source selection into the normal standing agent creation form; the existing create route still validates everything before an agent is saved. New standing agents created from an employee now store the employee template id, so the Workforce detail page can track the relationship even if the focus text is edited later. Each employee also has a detail page at /dashboard/{slug}/workforce/{employeeId} with purpose, required connectors, watchable sources, template-linked standing agents, recent run state, and related Review work. When an employee has no matching watchable source yet, the detail page links back to the most relevant Connectors card and then into Workspace with that source type preselected.
The active sprint and remaining work are tracked internally while the shipped behavior stays documented here.
